 my phone stopped logging my walks on google fitness after i dropped it when i fell last week and i used that to track my walks for a couple years! but do i really need this information? i don't think so... i am so used to GETTING that information tho. It will take some adjustment to remove that habit! But i feel accidentally freed bc i would always watch if it's tracking and it's like silly and annoying. I've been thinking of leaving my phone home at least sometimes and just taking my player or nothing cuz i feel so tired of being chained to the Devices and now i can actually walk and not think about this stuff anymore :)

my back felt REALLY good today. like it hasn't been this good in months. and it was a beautiful warm sunny day, i walked a lot and listened to карпа and bc of the music & bc my back hurted so little & i was wearing comfy colthes i felt so swagful lolol everyone was looking at me bc i was striding w mad confidence. i used to be such a fast walker but i can't walk fast anymore bc of my back. It's okay though, today i got pretty close to my past speed and it's been fun. Walking slower is good for noticing details nd stuff but there's something so invigorating in walking really fast ahhhh<3
