Friday, 11 October 2024 11:19 am my water heater was fixed yesterday!! it work's so well i'm so happy. i took a long long bath, also trimmed my hair and bleached my eyebrows (they're kinda orange now but that's fun) and i feel so good and cute. also wearing my new jeans, i didn't wear jeans for 3 years and rn it's actually fun to be wearing them again :)
i've been trying to make a rug out of fabric strips but it's so hard for me, the tension is all over the place. it's not the same as regular crochet... but i want a rug in front of my kitchen sink so i stop splashing water everywhere!
i was thinking of keeping the pink bonnet i made and maybe selling the rest at a fair if the occasion arrives, also abt making a written pattern for it and selling it... it's a lot of work to write it all coherently and probably take a ton of pics as u go so someone else can follow it... but i think that could be rewarding.
also thinking again abt the art college in my town, i feel like it would be easier to study at a college rather than uni & it lasts less time & it's in my city! i just hope they actually work bc idk anyone who studied there and colleges here are often just like. a coverup for education lol not giving lots of information at all. and my friend told me i can ask her to help me read through the bureaucratic documents abt application rules bc my brain is RLY bad at it
